Actually, I don't think it was ever a secret. Not only are there books, articles, and myriad (5 star word) other resources for learning about US eating excursions, there are entire television series dedicated to seeking them out.
And then there is me, the Blackberry Food Blogger.
Clearly, beyond everything previously mentioned, BFB should be the first source anyone goes to for all the information one would need on where to eat, what to order and what you should flog yourself mercilessly for missing ( flogging is a necessary part of the process, trust me on this). So enjoy my local, regional, and national gastroventures across our great nation and if one person, one single person is helpfully informed by this blog, well, that's one person more than I expected.
